Lead Elementary Guide: Mustangs

Ms. Dee was born and raised in Arizona and married deep in the Grand Canyon. She has over 10 years of experience working with children in all different aspects of life. Ms. Dee taught Pre-k in Paradise Valley for 3 years before pursuing a career in ABA Therapy. She became an Advanced Behavioral Therapist and worked in a variety of charter and private schools throughout Phoenix for over 4 years. Ms. Dee is currently completing the AMI 6-12 Diploma to become the Lead Elementary Guide at Tempe Montessori. She is very eager to learn the Montessori Method and apply her training into the classroom to foster the whole growth and success of each individual child. Working with children is her passion and driving force daily. Ms. Dee has also been an active volunteer at Ryan House with Hospice of the Valley for the last 8 years. At Ryan House, she plays the guitar and ukulele, sings, reads books, and engages in play with children who are all in end of life care.

In her free time, Ms. Dee enjoys hiking, grilling, and playing pickleball. She considers herself a huge music buff and probably knows more about Marvel movies than the average person should. She has 3 very colorful and spunky cats and would really love to take in a dog soon. Dee plans to adopt in the near future and have her children also attend Tempe Montessori.
